We highly recommend your early next step to be completing your profile and describing your expertise, so to get listed as an Expert in the community and start earning money for your time and efforts whenever people contact you.
You may as well browse Experts profiles and search the community for any expertise you require and filter by location, spoken languages, pricing, and rating score… Then instantly reach the needed Experts through chat, voice, and video calls for the displayed prices.
You may as well quick reach the Experts that you already added to your connections through their related contact options in the Connections page.
Fibler favors and lists Experts in searches by order of the most relevant profiles to your search having the highest rating scores; once you identify the Experts that can answer your need, choose the ones with better reviews and higher rating scores given by more users to get the best answers.
The filter helps you refine your search for experts based on location, spoken languages, communication medium, expertise, price, and rating score.
Fibler simply provides access to Experts profiles based on their own description. The only credibility and quality indicators are the users’ ratings and reviews given to each Expert profile and displayed transparently. You are the sole responsible for choosing the Expert and trusting the provided answers and service. So be careful whom you choose to contact and in case of doubt make sure to get multiple opinions from multiple Experts.
Experts will get notifications about any calls they miss, and will be able to notify you once available again to take your call.
Experts that missed your calls will be able to notify you once they’re available again to take your call… You can then decide to either contact them again or simply disregard the notification.
You can refill your wallet using your credit card, or by earning money from answering other Fibler users over voice, video, or chat. You may also receive bonus talking credits for completing your profile, referring friends, and even by simply keeping your account active through using the application and browsing the community.

Your cash balance is the amount that you have refilled using your credit card or earned in your wallet by answering users over voice, video or chat, and which you can cash-out (in full or in part) to your bank account any time.
Talking credits on the other hand, are credits that you get through special refill offers, or earn by taking specific actions such as completing your profile, or referring friends… These credits are not cashable and can only be used to contact other Experts.
Flying credits are special talking credits which you randomly receive from time to time for keeping your account active but are subject to an expiry date, hence will disappear from your account if not used before their expiry.
The app will always use your flying credits first to cover the communication charge when you contact an Expert, and once exhausted, use your talking credits, and finally use your cash balance.
Bonus credits are exclusively talking credits, earned by completing your profile and referring friends. They are not cashable and they’re mainly intended to allow you to test how things work and check the service quality of other Experts for free.
Flying credits are special talking credits which you randomly receive from time to time for keeping your account active but are subject to an expiry date. Flying credits will hence disappear from your account if not used before their expiry.
Well Fibler likes you too, and will give you a $1 bonus for each friend you refer… Yes, that simple! Go to “My Account” page and press the “refer a friend” button and follow the instructions… Once the referred friend completes his profile, you will automatically receive your bonus.
For security reasons, Fibler allows only one account to be associated to each mobile number. If you lose your mobile number you can simply login to your account using your Fibler ID and password and update your contact details with your new mobile number to keep your account safe from unauthorized login credentials resets. You will need to verify your new number for the change to be applied.
Fibler allows only one account to be logged in on each device… To use a different account on your device, you have to logout and then login with the different account’s credentials.
Fibler does not allow simultaneous logins to the same account from multiple devices; Once you login on a new device, the app will automatically logout any device previously logged in with the same account.
No, the App requires an internet connection in order to function.
Video calls require more bandwidth than voice calls, and obviously text chats require the less… The internet usage hence depends on the amount and type of communications made through the App, even though all communication mediums are optimized to use the minimum bandwidth possible.
Conference calls are not yet enabled in the App, this feature will be added in the near future.
The current version allows sharing images, videos, and voice messages… Further file types will be enabled for sharing shortly.
Double check your account balance and refill it if required; you need to have enough money to contact Experts based on their communication prices.
This either means that this specific Expert is offline, not logged in, or has blocked you… You will not be able to reach this Expert until he gets online, logs in, or unblocks you in case he blocked you.
In voice and video communications you never get charged before the Expert picks up your call. In chat on the other hand, you get charged as soon as you send your message to the Expert, but you can cancel it and get refunded for the full amount any time before the Expert answers.
You can make sure to give a low rating and a bad review if you face a non-satisfactory service with any Expert; this will drop his credibility score, alert other users from using his service, and affect his listing order in future community searches as Fibler favors and lists Experts by order of the highest rating scores. Allowing users to rate Experts after each communication improves the Experts’ behavior and motivates them to provide their best service to keep a high rating and attract more business.

Bank Information and Credit Cards
Your bank details are not mandatory, in fact, they are only needed to Cash-Out your earnings which you can keep in your wallet for as long as you want… Anyway, there is nothing to worry about; filling your bank account details won’t allow any party to withdraw money from it, but only send money to it… Knowing that all your information will be held encrypted and in a secure place.
Sure, any amount you earn with Fibler is first added to your wallet, and further to cashing it out, you can use it to contact other Experts for services you may require. Furthermore, we will be adding other Cash-out options that do not require having a bank account and which you may use to collect your earnings once available for your country of residence.
Filling your credit card is not mandatory, it just allows you to refill your wallet and contact the Experts that you require should you ever need to. You will never be charged on your credit card without your manual pre-approval; at every occurrence, you will be asked by your bank to confirm the refill amount before processing.
You do not necessarily need a credit card to use the app, not even to contact Experts as you can top up your balance by answering users needing your expertise, or use the bonus credits that you earn for completing your profile and referring friends… You may also benefit from the flying credits that you randomly receive for keeping your account active and contact the Experts that you need before they expire.

Once you’re registered, other Fibler users will be able to find and reach you using your name or your chosen Fibler ID.
You may furthermore promote your Expert profile in the community by completing your info and uploading your photo… By then, anyone searching for your expertise in the community can instantly find and reach you through any of your enabled contact options.
You can additionally share your Fibler ID and Expert profile with one click on any social media network or external directory to attract callers and boost your business. All voice and video calls are done exclusively through the application and do not use your mobile number.
You can at any time change your status on the top right of your screen from “Online” to “Offline” and completely disconnect from the community, or change it to “Do Not Disturb” so to just get notified about contact attempts and reply later.

You can at any time enable or disable any communication medium (voice/video/chat) to allow or prohibit users to reach you over it. Enabling or disabling any medium at any time does not affect any previously earned amounts over it.
Being online means that you’re available to receive communications. You can at any time switch your status on the top right of your screen from “Online” to “Offline” to fully disconnect from the community, or to “Do Not Disturb” so to just get notified about people trying to contact you and reply later.
All calls are logged in the conversations page, if you missed an incoming one, its log will feature a hand icon which you can press to poke the caller for free and notify that you’re now available to take calls.
Fibler features a smart search bar allowing users to search for a specific Expert name or Fibler ID, or else for experts in a specific country, or of a specific industry or expertise.
Prices, Payments and Cashing Out
You will get paid per second based on the minute-rate that you set for voice and video calls, and per answer based on the message-rate that you set for chat. The earned amount will be added to your wallet balance.
Only you can decide how much you should earn for the time and efforts you invest when people contact you. Your pricing choice can depend on the competition in your particular expertise and country, and on your interest to attract more or less traffic since pricing is one of the main factors affecting the likelihood that someone chooses to contact you over another Expert.
As an Expert you will earn the exact minute-rates and message-rates that you have set for voice, video, and chat communications… We will add our commissions and any required VAT on top of your rates to be covered by the amount paid by the person who contacts you.
As per the Cypriot laws, all European residents will be subject to VAT based on their country of residence… Hence, the commissions charged to Experts providing services are subject to VAT if the Expert resides in Europe. However, both the commissions and VAT (where applies) are automatically calculated and added to the amount displayed to the person contacting the Expert, making our commissions and VAT transparently covered through the amounts paid by the callers.
Talking and flying credits earnings can only be used to contact other Experts.
Cash earnings can be either cashed-out to your bank account or used to contact other Experts.
In case of voice or video calls, you automatically get paid for each second while you talk based on the minute-rates that you indicated in your settings. For chat on the other hand, you get paid based on your designated message-rate, once you confirm that you provided a final answer.
At the end of each call you pick-up and after each answer you provide by chat, the earned amount goes to your wallet.
You can at any time cash-out your earnings to your bank account, or use them within the application to reach any other Experts you may need.

Different Cash-out processing fees apply to the different Cash-out options displayed on the Cash-out form based on your country of residence. There is minimum transfer amount required by our banks and payment processing providers based on your country of residence, this is why you need to collect more than this minimum to Cash-out your earnings. The best thing to do if you receive a call when you know that your internet connection is bad is to not answer it. If however you answer, and experience a bad call quality, the best thing to do will be to hang up and refund the person who contacted you, and suggest that he contacts you back at a different time when you’re sure that your/his internet connection will be good, this way you will avoid bad ratings and reviews for connection related communication issues. Unfortunately you can’t refund users for now, but this feature will be added very shortly.

The extra payment feature is available in the chat window and is disabled by default for security reasons; it allows you to transfer further amounts to an Expert in return for an extra service. The system automatically enables it once the account reaches the needed trust score. You will be notified once it’s enabled for your account.
For your own security, our banks and credit card payment providers require your manual selection of the refill amount and pre-approval before processing any transaction.
This model ensures your awareness and approval of any transaction on your credit card, and gives you full control on the amount that you’re filling in your wallet before contacting the Expert so that you can limit the cost to a maximum before starting any communication.
We will send the amount that you cashed-out in US Dollars to your bank, you will then receive the equivalent amount in your own bank account’s currency based on the exchange rate that your bank applies at the time you receive the transfer.

– Publish and promote your Expert Fibler profile as much as you can through online and offline channels and invite people to reach out to you for your services.
Rating is your credibility and quality indicator, it will affect the likelihood that someone chooses to contact you over another Expert and it also has a dramatic effect on your search position which will also affect your sales. Ratings allow us to ensure a great experience for both Experts and Users.
Just like you rate Experts, Experts can rate callers on a scale of 1-5 stars after each communication.
Unfortunately we can’t change the rating scores that you receive from the parties you communicate with; You can however supersede them by getting as much other good rating scores as possible and turn the bad ones obsolete.
Further to improving the callers’ behavior, allowing Experts to give a rating score to persons who call them provides an indicator to other Experts about the communication quality that they should expect from their callers.
Ratings are mandatory for both parties after each communication, but reviews are optional yet recommended to provide an indicator to other Experts about the communication quality that they should expect from their callers.
