How can I permanently delete my Fibler account and related data?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to, you can permanently delete your account and its related data by filling the below form and requesting to permanently delete your account or through deactivating your account from your App as follows:

• Click on the Menu icon in your App.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Account.
• Click on Deactivate Account and follow the instructions on screen.

 

What happens if I permanently delete my Fibler account?

• You won’t be able to reactivate your account.
• Your profile, photos, posts, videos and everything else you’ve added will be permanently deleted. You won’t be able to retrieve anything you’ve added.
• You’ll no longer be able to communicate with other Fibler users or experts.
• Some information, such as messages you exchanged with other users, may still be visible to them after you’ve deleted your account.
• Copies of messages that you’ve sent are stored in the inboxes of the users that you communicated with.
• You will lose any credits or coins you have in your account balance.

 

What if I don’t want all of my content deleted, but I want to take a break from Fibler?

You can take a break from Fibler by simply logging out. When you logout:

• People won’t be able to contact you.
• Your photos, posts and videos won’t be deleted.
• Your account credits and coins won’t be lost
• Your profile picture will still be visible in your conversations and people will still be able to search for you by name or topic to send you a message or watch your content.
• You can choose to login back whenever you want.
• When you login you will receive all the messages that other users sent you during your absence.
